Can I use it on newborn clothes?
Yes — that’s who it’s made for. It’s fragrance-free and dye-free, with no optical brighteners. For the first few weeks, an extra rinse cycle is a good habit. If your baby has eczema or a diagnosed skin sensitivity, talk to your pediatrician first. This isn’t medical advice.
Does it work in cold water and HE machines?
Yes. It’s a liquid, so it mixes fully in cold water, and it’s low-suds for HE machines. The wash test above was run in a cold HE cycle.
How many loads is a bottle?
About 64 per 32 fl oz bottle, at one capful (30 ml) a load.
When does it ship?
Orders ship within 2 business days. Shipping is free over $35; the options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where is it made?
In the United States. The plant is named on the bottle.

The Family Plan
What is The Family Plan?
An iPhone app from Petite Home Co. It keeps everything someone would need to care for your kids in one place: who to call, who the doctor is, what they’re allergic to, where the insurance card is, and who takes care of them if you can’t. Your partner joins through iCloud, and you can hand it to a sitter or grandparent in one tap.
What does it cost?
Building the Family File takes about five minutes and is part of getting started. Keeping it, with reminders before documents expire, the encrypted vault and the shared Planner, is Premium: a subscription billed through Apple weekly, monthly or yearly, with a 99 cent first week on the weekly plan. One subscription covers your partner through Family Sharing. Cancel anytime in Settings.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone, on iOS 17 or later. Not on iPad, Mac or Android in version 1.0.
Where does my family’s information go?
It stays on your phone and in your own iCloud account, and syncs to your partner through Apple’s sharing. Petite Home Co. has no server that holds it and no way to read it. The vault is encrypted on your phone before it’s stored.

Can I subscribe and skip a delivery?
Yes. A subscription sends a bottle every 8 weeks at 15% off. Skip, move or cancel any delivery from the link in your order email.
How do I return something?
Within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number. No questions. If something arrived damaged, tell us and we’ll replace it.
