Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Petite Home Co. website and your purchase of any product from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. Our products are made for babies and children but are sold to adults. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Products, availability, and pricing

We try to describe our products accurately, including the ingredient list. Colors and packaging shown on screen may differ slightly from the physical product. Prices, availability, and the ingredient list may change at any time before you order. If we discover an error in a price or description after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may limit or cancel quantities. Payment is processed by our commerce provider and its payment partners; we do not receive or store your full card number. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

5. Returns and refunds

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, no questions asked. Email us at ryan@petitehome.co with your order number to start a return. If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will replace it or refund it.

6. Subscriptions and the Petite Home app

These Terms also govern the Petite Home app for iPhone. The app’s premium features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store, billed to your Apple account weekly, monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you subscribe. The weekly plan may begin with an introductory first week at a reduced price, after which it renews at the regular weekly price. Every plan renews automatically at the end of its period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions; payment is handled by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. One subscription covers members of your Apple Family Sharing group. Our website products are not sold on subscription.

Your use of the app is also licensed under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The information you enter in the app is yours and stays in your own iCloud account, as described in our Privacy Policy. The app is a place to keep and share household information; it is not medical, legal or financial advice, and naming a guardian in the app does not create a legal guardianship.

7. Product information and safe use

Descriptions such as “fragrance free” and the ingredient list describe the formulation. They are not medical advice and are not a promise about how any individual will react. Follow the directions and cautions on the package. Keep the product out of the reach of children and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, logos, and images — belong to Petite Home Co. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways we have not authorized.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third parties — including our commerce platform, payment processors, and analytics and advertising partners — to run the site and fulfill orders. Their handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petite Home Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Petite Home Co. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Wyoming, where Petite Home Co. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Effective” date above will reflect the latest version.
